Author: Babe Walker
Publication Date: June 28, 2016
Pages: 288 (Kindle)
My Rating: 9/10
Overview: Babe Walker is a total psycho. She's obscene, obnoxious and over-the-top all the while rocking très chic Louboutins.
She's the skinny bitch we all love to hate, yet we all secretly wish we could BE her.
In the third installment of the White Girl Problems series, Babe faces her fiercest challenge yet; American suburbia.
Can she survive life outside of L.A.? Wait and see...
American Babe will make you laugh out loud even if you don't understand all of the fashion references woven through each page.
I love how Babe is a little more grown up in this book. I think if she went off galavanting to another country or had another series meltdown, the series would become a little stale. However, this one is as fresh as Babe's daily smoothie.
I also love the new characters, including Babe's younger cousin, Knox. He is perfect.
All in all, American Babe is the perfect beach read for someone needing a little break from the struggles of reality.
What I didn't: There's really nothing to dislike about American Babe. Babe Walker knows how to write a hell of a book.
