So far this year, I've read almost 30 books, yes 3-0. I'm surprised too! I didn't think I'd be able to read 25 in a year, let alone be on the way to reach my goal of 50 books in 365 days.
How do I do this?
One of the easiest ways I can log some serious reading time is with Audible. I listen to my book during my commute to and from work and can get through about 50-60 minutes every day. Those minutes add up, and I can get through about 1.5 Audible books a month.
Listening to Audible while exercising, cleaning or shopping are other ways to utilize the app too.
Another way I'm able to burn through pages, no pun intended obviously, is by reading on my lunch break at work. I try to eat my lunch at my desk and then find a nice quiet place to read during my lunch hour.
Not everyone can do this at work, but I find it's very relaxing and a great way to bust through at least a few chapters every day.
Lastly, but not least, before bed is another one of my favorite times to read. There's nothing like getting cozy and pulling out my bookmark before it's time to rise and grind all over again.
