What I loved: This book has been compared to Gone Girl and The Girl on the Train, and although Kathryn Croft is no Gillian Flynn, I significantly liked this book better than The Girl on the Train.
The story is mysterious and unravels slowly which not so surprisingly, kept me glued to my Kindle App.
Like in the extended title of this book, this is more of a psychological thriller than an action-packed adventure. There is absolutely some exciting parts with action, but the novel is more of a mind game that will surely mess with your head as much as Leah's history is messing with her.
It was very easy to get lost and wholly absorbed with The Girl With No Past and I'm sure if you read it, you'll feel the same!
What I didn't: Not too many complaints here! However, after finishing the book, I thought the title wasn't exactly fitting. Leah has more of a troubled past, than no past at all. I feel either a better title could have been beneficial or, Croft could have added more details into the plot about why she had "no past."
Also, the book does take place in London and I'm assuming the author is English too. Some words have a different English spelling that took a little time to get used to.
